ubel blatt anime?

i'm not saying they're making an ubel blatt anime, so don't misunderstand. if an anime was to be made, will people watch it? even though i've read/heard how most people think ubel blatt a rip off from Berserk (or Violin of Hamelin rips off Berserk), i couldn't care less because I've never read them and would love to watch the anime. to see koinzell fightig the fake 4 lances of betrayal and the scene where the 4 true heroes get ambushed by their own friends, comrades, that'll be truly heartbreaking animated. and also seeing koinzell's despair when he sees these millions of ignorant people being shields for the true 7 lances of betrayals and then having him waking out of his stupor to save Peppi, would be thrilling. those are the moments I would love to see animated.

SEnix would probably get Bones to make it if they were going to. Maybe it's just not popular enough in Japan for one at the moment..

I wonder if they would take the scene out where he (excuse my language) finger bangs/titty sucks that one girl at the beginning, and all those other scenes that i just remembered...

You know, to answer my own question... Yeah, i think they would. Probably would.

i don't get why its not popular. i'm reading manga like zombie loan and 07 ghost (they both have animes, 07 ghost is still running) and compared to Ubel Blatt, i like reading Ubel Blatt more. It's right up there w/ bleach, naruto, Beck, eyeshield 21 (some of my fav shounen manga) and Liar Game (another good shounen manga yet to be animated, maybe b/c its not popular as well).

and, though i don't want to admit it, but i agree w/ iread. they probably will edit or tone down the sex stuff in the anime which i'll have a problem w/. there is only about 4-5 sex scenes in the entire manga so far, the only real bad one is in the beginning w/ the fake lance of betrayal being merciless to that woman while his subordinates were making report about their slain men. i'd like the anime to be pure to the manga, no alterations, it is in the ecchi genre after all. what i don't get is that w/ other ecchi anime, they really don't edit that stuff out and then you have the hentai anime too, and they go all out

I would say it has a similar feeling to Bersek, but it doesn't feel like a rip off.

I can actually see Ubel Blatt getting an anime, but not for another year or two. Even with the amount of volumes they have out now I wouldn't say there is quite enough material to fill out 24-26 episodes or a decent stopping point for when they would have to stop due to catching up to the manga.

I agree with Eivion.. it doesn't feel like a rip off..How many shoujo take the same simple pattern boy meets girl vise versa girl and guy hang out go threw rough time fall in love more.. to be honest i find those are more the same then these two stories.. and all stories have a basic theme that they continue..

starting point plot build up .. the climax build up.. hits climax.. then the fall down to the end of the story.. i know those arent the proper words for the graph i am thinking of but if i recall it was taught in grade 8 english o.O If not sooner..

well to elaborate on unknownstranger's previous statement he/she brings up a reasonable point... ALL STORIES ARE THE SAME...

there is one of ONLY TWO WAYS to start a story: Stranger enters town, stranger leaves town...

And that is to say ALL stories follow a specific plot line (ruling out shows aired in random sequences like melancholy of haruhi)

Meet the character--->character development--->plot development through relations and dis relations--->turning point--->climax--->resolution... all stories wiill follow this general story pattern if the hope to make any sense to its audience... that is to say that yes, it might havev started out as a revenge-story-turned-love-story-turned-martyr-for-justice... but that's how the story progress and differs from other manga/anime it evolves through the encounters the main character faces...

Well sorry for the long lead-in, but what im basically saying is that i believe [if don correctly] this manga could turn into a truly spectacular [dark horse of an] anime...

well for 1 it would be totaly awsome but on the other hand they , not might but will do some HEVY censoring.
these days they even cencor away the cigarets -.-' . + that all animes based on magas always seem to dissepoint compeared to the manga.
but then agen if they do it right, AWSOME
