i think Special murin police has something to offer to shioon but the problem is how will shioon going to react on that and i feel kinda excited for the next chapter i love to see how the story goes and i want some real good Details.

i think they will try to use shioon for their purposes, and I saw in another topic that the one who created it tought he could be with amnesia but i don think so, if he where with amnesia he wouldn't be with that gloomy face like when u re unhappy.

The Murim Special Police sure didn't do much intelligence gathering before deciding on there course of action it seems. They don't even know, I bet, that Shioon fought and basically defeated the Generals the S.U.C. sent against him.

They've got a Dragon (or Phoenix as some are referring to him) by the tail and everyone knows what happens when you pull on that.
