If Sasuke was a female how would have the series changed?

How would have this whole story of Naruto changed? would Naruto have fallen for Sasuke as a female? And what role would Sakura carry?

Indeed hes also very sexist about them, we don't often see them shine very much but at lest Tsunade is kage.

Lol well if he was a girl then it would be alright for Naruto to be obsessed about him and we can just pass off Sasuko's emo tirades as her being on her period. Then again, just as StriderZero says, Kishimoto would probably discriminate against him...err I mean her.

Now I wonder what the series would be like if Naruto, Sakura, and Itachi switched genders. We already know what Naruko's gonna be like based on the sexy no jutsu but that was waaay in the beginning, we don't even see her anymore. Seriously though, when was the last time we saw Naruko lol.
