Naruto Vs. Gaara
Naruto Vs. Neji
Naruto Vs. Sasuke
Naruto Vs. Pein
All of these were some duffin' awesome fights and on my favorite list.

vs Gaara. Wasn't much fox reliant.

I liked Naruto vs Sasuke in Part I at VoTE. I think because at that time, we really saw how determined they both were to prove themselves in strength to show the victor. Also, I think this battle also really show Sasuke's rage of how Naruto could never understand how it was in his position, as well as Naruto's wanting of protecting their bond and bring him back.
Also, I think what made this more enjoyable was the creative use of their techniques and how taijutsu based their battle was.
Ever since part II started, Sasuke relied using his sword more (but it's understandable why).

I like plenty of these fights (Naruto vs Sasuke had a shocking ending and Naruto vs Gaara was a terrific emotional battle), but my vote goes for Naruto vs Pain. Konoha was destroyed, characters were dead (until they got revived -__- ), and Naruto took Pain more seriously than anyone else he had faced. I was glued when I read it. Despite the ending, I still love that fight.

That was a good battle too, but I think at that point, Nagato's paths just turned to fodder which both really disappointed me and excited me. I liked the concept of Sage Naruto, especially how it enhanced his physical attributes likely ten-fold, and how he could punch and the mere shockwave from the air caused damage. Although the only thing that was a disappointment was his spamming of Rasengan-variants. Although he did use them in a lot of different ways, so that seemed to make up for it.
I still think Sage mode needed more attention and use.

Naruto vs Sasuke at the end of retrieval arc.

All the rivalry culminated into a purely epic battle. Great animation. Plus I'm a sucker for rival battles, and that was as good as it got. Only second to Rock Lee vs Gaara imo.

Naruto vs. Sasuke. The scratch on the headband was a perfect way to end it off.

not necessarily in any order, all those fights where freaking awesome and i remember being on the edge of my seat reading and watching them.
