I can post info about legions naming. All legions are named becouse of astronomic objects.
So, lets go.
Nega Nebulas (Black) - poetic distortion of "dark nebula" term. Means the nebula containing so much dust that it can be visible only on light background.
Prominence (Red) - I don't remember now, it is combination of two words. Something like Proxima + smth else.
Great Wall (Green) - giant cluster of galaxies.
Leonids (Blue) - meteor shower.
Cosmic Cryptic Circus (Yellow) - just contains the word "cosmic" (outer space).
Aurora's Oval - the space on the Earth's surface where auroras can be seen (auroral oval).
Oscillatory Universe (White) - the same, contains the word.

I think the cut scene with Ash is just him trying to deliver him to someone who help's Crow get his wings back after losing them. Watching the anime helps.

Red Legion
Scarlet Rain, Yunico Kozuki, Niko lv.9, female
Second generation Red King. Nickname "Immobile Fortress". In the throne battle killed 30 opponents from the place she appeared.
Had a rivalry with Ardor Maiden. Considers herself the weakest king (lack of experience).

Blood Leopard lv.6, female
Red Legion's lieutenant, one of the leadership group. The biggest rival of Sky Raker. Can transform to a cheetah and carry smb.

Ash Roller, Rin (Lun?) Kusakabe lv.5, complex
Complex burstlinker. Ash belongs to Green Legion and have many friends there, but his parent's orders are primary for him. Ash is a rival and friend of SC, they play "AshCrow War" duel show with many spectators. Regularly attacks Black Legion's territory in territorial war. Joins Blacks for spec ops. Also friend of Blood Leopard.

Azure Heir (Air?) lv.1?, unknown
For first meeting introduces himself as "Trilead Tetraoxide". Strange newb young person. Lives in Imperial Palace and doesn't want to escape from. The owner of "The Infinity". The Infinity has the ability to increase strength. Helps Silver Crow and Ardor Maiden to escape from.

Chrome Falcon and Saffron Blossom
Currently ghosts, pioneers of AW. Live in their appartament in UF. SC closed the door of their appartament.

Chocolate Puppeteer and her band
A small legion (3 girls) with tamed Animal Level Enemy. SC and LB helped Chocolate Puppeteer against ISS-kit users and saved her legion and tamed Enemy.
