When everyone in Konoha were revived by Nagato. Just when I thought major character can die but noooooooo, Kishi just had to revived them. I'll be even more disappointed if Jiraiya turn out to be alive.

lol but seriously,I was dssapointed with Nagatos revival thing. I would much rather him become one of the good guys and stay alive.

Edo Sasori lost rather easily against Kankurou. Well, Sasori without his puppets wasn't as strong as when he had it, but still, i felt rather dissapointed.

The biggest Disappointment was Konan....i really wanted her to live or at least fight with the Shonobi army......she was the only one left alive Yahiko and Nagato died .........oh well.
