- Itachi and kisame spouting that jiraiya solos them. This is a popular one.
Kisame - You could somehow win, but I couldn't stand up to such an opponent for more than a couple of minutes... It's on a completely different level.
Itachi - Ah... Either (we) both (he says both/two, meaning him and Kisame) would die, or it would be a draw... The result wouldn't change even if we increased our numbers.
Kisame - It was good that we found him at the ramen shop... And he has one of the Legendary Sannin as a lucky charm. That guy (Jiraiya) might be a fair match for the strongest Uchiha from Konoha and the Mist's strongest swordsman.
Itachi - Hmm, even so... It's said that every strong man has a weakness...
Kisame and Itachi were talking about the Kyuubi, not Jiraiya. Kisame brings the topic of Jiraiya up later on in the conversation and Itachi acknowledges that he's strong, but he says that he has a weakness.
It seems as if Kisame was babbling on about taking the Kyuubi on, that he couldn't do it more than a couple of minutes but Itachi would have a chance. Itachi states that they both wouldn't stand a chance of winning, even if they increased their numbers.

- Madara says 'this is his doing'. Incorrect.
-> Those guys, to have done such a thing... What's the reason behind this, to be revived in such a state. Things don't seem to be going according to the plan... Who is the caster of this Edo Tensei jutsu?
Kabuto - ボクはカブト… 彼の協力者です… -> I am Kabuto... His partner/coworker.
Madara was referring to the Allied Forces, he was wondering what made those guys unite like that. And Kabuto was referring to Tobi.
--------------
- Madara talks about the 'caster of the jutsu' or did he.
Kabuto - ボク達ごと?-> Us too?
-> Of course... Originally, this was the way IWR was meant to be used in the first place. We'll turn to back to normal (regenerate) in no time.
Madara didn't say anything about the caster of the jutsu. He just meant that Edo Tensei was supposed to be used in a suicide bombing manner. It wouldn't make any difference because the zombie would regenerate straight after.

- Naruto says 'you've saved me twice' to hinata.
It should have been:
Hinata thinking - 守ら な きゃ い け な い人に… 守 ら れて ば か りで… やっぱろ私 ってダメ だ… -> I am supposed to be protecting him... But he ends up protecting me instead... I am really useless after all...
Naruto - … Besides, I would look like an idiot if you actually had to protect me twice!
Hinata - わ…わ たしは別 に… そん な 気 にして何 か… -> That... That actually wasn't... What I was worrying about...
-> It can be understood from your eyes. Don't get down on yourself. Because you are strong!
--------------
- Tsunade talks about 'saving FTG for him'.
Tsunade uses あい (ai) to refer to the person they'll transport via FTG.
It definitely is the shortened version of あいつ (aitsu), which is a genderless pronoun that can be used for males and females.
So she was talking about Mei, not a male character.
------------
- Rikudo sennin debut statements.
(Watashi wa mo nagakunai...) -> I have a very short time to live...
(the names of the bijuu) -> Shukaku, Matatabi, Isobu(nade), Son Goku, Kokuou, Saiken, Choumei, Gyuuki/Ushi-oni, Kurama...
(Hanarete ite mo omaetachi wa itsumoisshoda izure hitotsu to naru toki ga koyou...) -> Even if there is distance between you/Even if you are seperated, you guys will always be together. You will become one (figuratively, meaning have the same will, follow the same path, yada yada), when the time of your meeting comes...
(Sorezero no na omochi...) -> You each have a name...
(Imamade to wa chigau katachide na soshite watashi no naka ni ita toki to chigai tadashiku michibika reru honto no chikara to wa nani ka…) -> Until now, you've had a different form. Be different than how you were when you were inside me. You will be correctly guided by what true power really is...
Now Kurama speaks/thinks:
長すぎなんだよ…じじい... (Naga sugina ndayo… Jiji...) -> It's been too long...Old man./We've waited so long...Old man.

- Kabuto's quote on danzo prototype.
Kabuto's quote about Danzo's prototype and Orochimaru's relation is mistranslated.
It should have been like this.
Kabuto - ( クク… 大蛇丸様が作った ダ ン ゾ ウ の 試 作 と はわけが違うよ マダラよ り 強 かった初代火影…そしてこの二人を 融 合 し たコレは僕の切り札!!この穢 土 転 生 は誰 も止めら れ な い!) -> Kuku... This is different from what Orochimaru-sama experimented on Danzo... Shodai Hokage who was stronger than Madara! The fusion of these two people, this is my trump card! This Edo Tensei can't be stopped!
-----------
- Tobi's and kabuto's talk on poison. Not exactly a mistranslation but still ;
Kabuto - I made a drug that would suppress Hashirama's powers. Zetsu will be fine, I won't use it on him.
Tobi - So it seems that you've studied your lesson well... Orochimaru.
Tobi's sentence is kind of weird, he uses a colloquial expression. But it basically means ''you've been looking into stuff''.
Kabuto clearly states that he created the poison that suppresses Mokuton, but Tobi gives the credit to Oro, believing that Oro was the one who experimented on Mokuton and Hashi's cells.

- Pollen jutsu; Mei saying tsunade's line. Insignificant really.
Raikage - ( 何だ?) -> What?
Mizukage - ( なんて…規模なの…一瞬で 森 を 作 る な んて! ) -> How... This big... How did he create a forest this big in an instant?!
-> Watch out for the polen! Don't you inhale it!
-> First Jukaikōtan and now he's able to create Hanajukai... That Kabuto...
-> The first Hokage Senjuu Hashirama, there are no Shinobi like him anymore... Everyone agrees on that... As the legend goes, his strenght was comparable to that of Rikudou Sennin... Now... I'll turn that fairytale into reality!

Miscellaneous:
Does gai pour blue or green sweat?
In the Japanese language 青 (ao) and 青い [aoi (noun)] can be used for both the colours blue and green. The meaning of it basically depends on the situation.
Modern Japanese does have a word for green; 緑 (midori). But 緑 (midori) first came around to identify a shade of blue. Like teal, if we have to give an example from the English language.
In the anime too, if I recall correctly, the colour of Gai's sweat was more of a greenish blue instead of a distinctive blue or green.
(Konoha's noble green/blue beast of prey) doesn't clear up anything, because 青い (aoi) is used to specify his colour there too.
It may seem weird or vague to the English language users, but it poses no problem for those who consider the colour 青 (ao) as a range of blue to green in the first place. To them, calling something blue or green is like specifying the difference between light brown and dark brown. You can still get away with it by calling it only brown.
"Ao" can refer to any colour ranging between blue and green. Both the sky and grass are ao. In modern Japanese, however, it usually refers to blue; for green they have the word midori. The kanji used to write the ao in this case isn't the usual kanji, though. Here, the kanji 碧 is used, whereas ao is normally written as 青. 碧 has a far stronger connection to green than 青 and can, in fact, even be pronounced as midori.
Then there's the symbolism. ao not only refers to colour, but also to anything young and youthful. In fact, not only is the sweat described as ao, Guy and Lee themselves are also called thus. They even use the same 碧 kanji. In English, the colour used for youthfulness is green. In the colour images we have of them, Kishimoto-sensei always colours Guy and Lee in pure, unambiguous green as well.
So although ao can refer to both blue and green, and even refers to blue most of the time, it is quite clear that in this specific case, green was meant.
