Chibi Devi ANIME?!?!

ah yes, i discovered this today! i was pretty surprised, but i'm really looking forward to it - i hope it will receive more popularity with the anime (if it's well done)

The major problem I see with this is that only 5 chapters of the manga have been released. Meaning the anime will have no choice but to make it's own adaptation of the story pretty early on unless the author already have a good bit of the plot planned out and gives the anime script writers a rough draft.

i just watched the anime and it was fairly disappointing because its ONLY 5 MINUTES LONG?!?! how the hell will it get through the plot of 6 ONGOING VOLUMES???!!!

Even though it's 5 minutes long, you never know. Morita-san wa Mukuchi episodes were 3 minutes long (I think), and it's getting a second season.

Chibi Devi! the anime is not that bad but 5 mins isn't that a bit too short?
at first I thought it was like a full episode but then it turned out like this!! ;A;
it is not bad but I think it is gonna be overrated a bit for older people, though that is my opinion!! >D

Turns out... This was too small to be considered Anime... it's not in any of the anime charts... and Animesuki have ZERO information about it...

And it doesn't list how many episodes there will be either. (and no cast listing...)


That and... it's a "part" of Dai! Tensai Terebi-kun program on the public broadcaster NHK.... meaning it's just as an extra to a the "real" show.

It isn't an "actual" anime... more like a PV for manga...

though i've seen the first two eps and i quite like it, i wish it was longer. :/ i should have known though. i WAS pretty curious on how they'd make a 25 min episode per week with only 5 chapters released, at least from what we see here.

theres only four episodes so far apparently (at least thats how many have been subbed) and really the only differences ive seen are:
*instead of Mao-chan being kidnapped after Kyou runs out to watch his anime, Honoka and Shin run out and leave the door open Mao-chan wanders out and explores in town for a bit

*instead of it showing Mao-chan being dropped off after his parents okay it before Honoka wakes with him in her bed, it isnt explained until the second episode how Mao-chan ended up with Honoka (though they may be saving that for later)

pretty sure i missed a few other things but those are the only two i remember

I've seen the first few episodes, and there was one where Mao wandered around town by himself. By the end, he was caught by that weird daycare guy with the glasses. Not in the manga and an enjoyable episode.
