The Third Rave Master

To anyone who has finished the manga, are you as curious as I am about Haru's choice for the third Rave master? Remember, at some point Haru told Ruby who he had chosen to be his successor in case he dies, but we never actually get to hear the name. And even by the end of the story, we never get to hear the name. So, I have two things for you to speculate on:
One: Did Hiro Mashima just forget to add it in? Did he ditch the idea or just completely forget about it? OR do you think he purposely left it up in the air so that we could figure it out for ourselves? Perhaps there are hints along the way to whom Haru had chosen, and I just didn't pick up on them? What do you think.
Two: WHO DO THINK IT IS?!! This is the majority of the reason of why I made this thread, getting people to shoot around ideas on who they think the third Rave master would have been. From what I've gathered, I think these are the guidelines/ restrictions on who it is:
It can't be Levin, he wouldn't be born if Haru were to die.
It has to be someone pure-hearted, since that is what Rave represents.
Has to be someone with decent fighting ability, since the Rave master has to be able to battle against Dark Bring.

And that's about it. Go crazy
Oh, and in case anyone gets mad, I know that there is no longer any need for a Rave master, but i still wanna know who Haru had chosen just in case.

I think Hiro was basically just messing with us all when he wrote that, just to leave us in eternal wonder.

Personally i don't think it can be anyone in the group...at a guess maybe the guy who had telekinesis but i'm not sure, wouldn't be surprised if it were to be someone we never even met but someone else from Garage Island what with both him and shiba originating from there

that can't be, since Haru was gonna tell Ruby about the third Rave Master in case he died, and if he died Levin couldn't be born thus couldn't fulfill that role.

I honestly have no idea. I don't think it's a character who was introduced already. Then again, both Rave Masters were from Garage Island sooo... some kid back there?

I think it was Musica or Let but i morely think Musica at first i thought Elie but then i thought he wouldnt pick her for rave master ._. (Im not dis-ing Elie she's my fav character <3)

I think there's a possibility that it was someone in their group, but it's more likely that, as others have said, it was someone from Garage Island.

yeah, logically i think it should be Let, but for manga purposes it'd more likely be a minor character, probably from Garage island. They'd have to have some degree of power, and be very pure of heart. Could be Haru's sister.. but i really doubt it.
