    is it only me or this manga giving off the fairy tail feel?

    right away when i read it i thought the same thing. i think its got similarities twords the major mangas. there was one part that reminded me of naruto

    Erm... nope... The author from Buster Keel is Sakamoto Kenshirou. But the author of Fairy Tale is Mashima Hiro.
    Though Buster Keel and Fairy Tail are both Published in Kodansha but Fairy Tail gets serialized in the Weekly Shounen Magazine and Buster Keel gets serialized in Shounen Rival.

    So in short. Nope. it's not the same author ^^

    It's like Fairy Tail + Journey to the West + Monster Hunter all combined into one...

    Which is just awesome, I kinda wish they turn this either into an anime or a mmorpg game... LOL

    Hahaha definitely. I feel like this manga is like a combination of all of Mashima Hiro's mangas LOLL Like Fairy Tail and Rave Master sorta combined XDD

    I find it very similar to Fairy Tail - team consists of 2 guys a girl and a creature (Erza arrived later), one of the main guys has extreme motion sickness, both in search of someone (Igneel, Siva), usual mysterious evil organisation, main guys fight all the time have rivalry, the girl uses other beings to fight with, these are just the ones I can up with at the moment and there are all the usual shounen similarities as well.
    Paranoia is a survival trait when you run in my circles. It gives you something to do in your spare time, coming up with solutions to ridiculous problems that aren't ever going to happen. Except when one of them does, at which point you feel way too vindicated.

    As a whole, people suck, but a person can be extraordinary.

    Yeah!
    It feels like Fairy Tail+Rave Master
    The characters look similar, and the story line
    It's not some sort of special power, but he has the ability to make allies of everyone he meets. And that is the most fearsome ability on the high seas...
