That circled text is a direct translation of the Japanese text to the right of it(５月９日 pretty much means "the 9th of June" or "June 9th").. So, yes, the new chapter is being released tomorrow in Japan. The English release by scanlation groups will take a bit longer because they have to clean, translate, typeset, and QC/edit said chapter. It's probably come out a few days after.

i think the scanlator group has forgotten about this manga, since the gap between chapters so long, indeed the anime itself has advance so fast....usually it makes the scanlator drop the project indeed

The reason the manga gets translated so long is because the current scantlators are pretty much underground xamayon used to be the scantlators but they were forced not to do so. if you've noticed theres no more credits page which is a common for translator groups

Same here, if it ever makes it. I've just been getting a refresher buying the US releases now. Have a feeling I'll still have to go back and read it all again by the time chapter 30 comes out. —_—
