    they sort of do in the live action show of Kami no Shizuku near the end, but i don't know if they do in the manga, because it hasn't ended yet and the show DID end.

    I'm up to volume 11 in France, and the girl is definitely showing clear signs of liking Shizuku, but Shizuku is still pretty much oblivious. I'm pretty sure they will end up together though
