What makes Buster keel good?

well what made you pick buster keel ?
For me it was that it is a manga that portays monster from the monsterside of view and that some at least behave like the wild animals they are supossed to be. keel is a wild dragon ape and behaves belivable

when he joins the human heroine its not because a change of heart from nowere it's cause he sees a chance to be free again, so far i have read this still holds true when he tend to like monsters more than humans with a few exceptions

plus the story os good and is not tototaly predictable so you know what will happen and who will win

Honestly, I can't give you an answer because this manga was absolutely horrible from the get go. I can usually stomach a couple of chapters before I abandon a manga. This one, on the other-hand, lost my attention on the very first. A dragon-ape turned human, a stereotypical street performer, and a fugly pig monster is the worst main cast I've seen in a while. Hell, I don't even know if there was one character/monster within the chapter that I found interesting. I know I probably couldn't have done better, but this failed on so many different levels.

I thought it was nice- I actually found it in a bookstore, and it intrigued me.

Honestly I found the premise and the way it's handled to be very similiar to Fairy Tail (a dragon guy? A girl who uses monsters/spirits to fight? Flying team pet?), but the characters are somewhat different and I liked that. The antagonistic relationship between Keel and Ravi/Lavia is fun and and even if the themes are rather cliched, it was handled enjoyably for me.

erm...quite ok he got look like natsu face from fairy tail and the skill name like luffy...adventure like ragnarok game...unique point is that music take place in battle too...

this manga for some reason it keeps remind me of faily tail(natsu and lucy) and rave master.....

It's a shounen manga which lives up to its flair, with the addition of its own unique qualities. [Plus it has a transformation, monster > human protagonist]

Plus, the genre: action, comedy, adventure, fantasy got me turned on, LOL

"Journey to the West" Stories are always Good

Especially when it's adjusted into a crazy Adventure like.


I don't really like the original "Journey to the West" tho... they abused poor Goku too many times in there.

I like this but that part about when Keel said "that didnt hurt at all becouse of my ape arm" that was lame and I wont continue it too much past that for now
