Why not,it's very interesting.
But the lack of chapters wouldn't suck you in,you need to be further in the story IMO.

I agree with the fact that this is good, but it may differ from every reader.
To give a bit of a clue about what this is about (technically) would to say that this is the kind of manga with tons of text and really little action. So, yeah, this is one of the kind which you have more to read and the pictures are there as references and/or source of secondary informations. (You could have just the texts in the bubbles, and you could understand the story perfectly or almost.)
Ironicaly, it's like being in class and listening to a teacher as it's pretty much teachers that are speaking the whole time to explain to either students or other teachers. Note that I count Kenji Sakuragi as a teacher as he teaches methods and meaning of societies to his (few) students.
If I would gives a bad thing about it, it would be the lack of "circonstances" in which involve the characters. Except for the 2 students, everyone are strangers to the reader and little is explained enought to be understood. It's like a firecamp that have strong wind, but lack in wood. Maybe this will be taken cared of later.
