I BOTH WATCHED KOREAN AND JAPANESE VERSION!!
The Korean one is very good but there are are huge differences between 2 versions!

no---they're completely different.

here's info on each:

Japanese: Dragon Zakura
Korean: God of Study

it's happened before where two countries do two different adaptations of a manga series--like Hana Yori Dango was done in Korean and Japanese, or Hana Kimi was done in Taiwanese and Japanese....
