    Default missing chapters

    it might just be me who is a little confused, but isn't chapter 2 missing? i was pretty sure that it said at the table of contents that the first chapter was "magician" then "fairy tale" then "coconoa" and then something at the last few pages.... so i was just wondering if anyone knew where i could read, at least chapter 2??
